When I close my eyes I see your face When I open them I see a trace Of where you used to be Of a time when you loved me

Now all that is left is your ghost Which welcomes me like a friendly host It envolopes me in sorroeful hug I'm sufficating, its completely to snug

Why did you leave and do me wrong? Your absence has made life a misreable song Whatever you wanted I was willing to give And now I can't remeber what it feels like to live

Why did you leave? Where did you go? And Why did you make my heart feel so low? Maybe you never existed, Maybe you're not even real Perhaps I just dreamed up this wretched ordeal

But I still have your sock and I still have your shirt And my heart is still bleeding with love stricken hurt So you have to be true But why then do I still love you
